Manager Profile

Widely regarded as a pioneer in German football, Ralf Rangnick is credited with the development of gegenpressing and has enjoyed success with Schalke, RB Leipzig and Hannover in a lengthy managerial career. After a failed spell at Manchester United, he took over as Austria boss in 2022 and led them through qualifying with six wins from eight matches.
