Manager: Ivan Hasek

Manager Profile

An experienced manager, Ivan Hasek had a brief five-game stint as Czech Republic coach in 2009 but the bulk of his recent roles have been in club football in the Middle East. He would return as Czech national coach in January after Pavel Nedved turned down the role, picking up a pair of 2-1 wins over Norway and Armenia in his first two games.

Scouting Report

Centre-back Ladislav Krejci, signed by La Liga side Girona last week, had four attempts at goal against Georgia and could cause Turkey problems at set-piece situations. The 25-year-old scored twice in seven Europa League starts for Sparta Prague in 2023-24.
