Germany started Euro 2024 with a bang after thrashing Scotland 5-1 in Munich. Florian Wirtz, Jamal Musiala, Kai Havertz, Niclas Fullkrug and Emre Can were on target for the hosts. Scotland, whose consolation came from an Antonio Rudiger own goal, had Ryan Porteous sent off in the first half.
