Ronald Koeman has criticised VAR after the Netherlands conceded a controversial penalty in the 2-1 semi-final defeat to England. He said: "In my opinion it should not have been a penalty. He kicked the ball and the boots touched. I think that we cannot play properly and this is due to VAR. It really breaks football."

Both sides had chances but substitute Ollie Watkins fired home a late winner to give England a 2-1 win, and they will face Spain in Sunday's final in Berlin.
